The Seashore Strider Running Club primarily serves the Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, Delaware communities The club is open to runners and walkers of all shapes, sizes, colors and orientation as long as they share a common interest of running and fitness. The Seashore Striders is community-focused and hosts spring, summer, and fall events for the public including the popular Seashore Strider Summer Racing Series.

Rehoboth Beach Bodywork has been open since May 2008. RBB is owned and operated by Jessica Perez-Beebe, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer At Rehoboth Beach Bodywork, we combine our formal skills with a common sense approach to health & fitness. We believe that the healthiest & happiest bodies (and minds) are those that are strong, flexible, properly nourished, and as pain-free & stress-free as possible.
